On Mobile Games and ADHD More Mental HeaLTH crud

Sometimes--I have to delete iPhone and Ipad games.

I don't know if it's just the ADHD but sometimes I have a compulsion to play games that leads to me needing to delete them so that I can get more sleep and to get more done at my day job (Which is not blogging :)

The picture above shows the most recent app for which I've had to do this. It's by the same people who made plague inc; that's another game that I've deleted and redownloaded several times.

Some other honorable mentions are Disney Tsum Tsum and Disney's Emoji Blitz. I'm sure that there are others that could fit within this category but that's all that comes to mind right now.

Let me know in the comments if you've had to delete any of these or any other games because your brain didn't want to leave them alone.
