The Tao of Pooh!

I've never been very good keeping blogs up to date and I was getting embarrassed because it seems like the more that my Instagram is growing, the more people bother to click through to this thing.

I have ideas about things to blog about, I just can never think of those ideas when I'm sitting down to actually blog.

Anyway, I'm going to use this brief post to inform you of a book that I read some years ago, that still calms me down on occasion and remains near and dear to my heart. Let me know if you've read it.

 The Tao of Pooh

If you haven't read it. It's amazing. I'll link to Amazon but I'm sure it's available at your library.

Here are a couple of quotable lines too.

“The surest way to become Tense, Awkward, and Confused is to develop a mind that tries too hard - one that thinks too much.”
― Benjamin Hoff, The Tao of Pooh

“Do you really want to be happy? You can begin by being appreciative of who you are and what you've got.”
― Benjamin Hoff, The Tao of Pooh

So, in the off chance that you clicked my link before I put this post up, you probably went to the entry for this book on Amazon. Sorry about that. I panicked that I wasn't keeping up my end of the bargain by updating the blog. I'll try to be better about it.
