A while back I started an online drawing course. For no good reason, I'm going to post my starting image here. It came out better than I expected but man it took a while. I couldn't finish it in one sitting but I used some non-photo blue to build the construction lines, which you can still see.
Still looks a little stunted to me: I think I was overshooting on the pose and with the wings. I made his butt too large and I need more shading on the foreshortened arm. Also, just to reiterate, I don't know how to draw wings.
